Engineering Administrator
Salary £30k
Location: London WC1E
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
You will be working for a well established and recognised leader within the FM industry.
You will be required to support one of their most prestigious contracts and provide full administration and helpdesk support, liaising with engineer's and delivering the contract for the client.
You will provide full administration support to 10 sites, experience in managing and Engineer's and scheduling of works is a MUST for this position.
Job Duties
Provide dedicated support to the Contracts Manager for all contracts and works.
Communicating frequent and detailed feedback on works progress and queries
Ensuring the company is fully compliant
Producing client reports
Making sure all works are invoiced within the dedicated timescales
Liaise with Engineer's and sub-contractors to ensure standards of works are maintained and communication of progress issues are escalated
Be the focal point for work in progress on client CAFM system, organising and controlling incoming call outs of over 100 + per day adhering to strict SLA's
Raise all quotes, as per costing sheet from Contract's Manager
Responsible for tracking all reactive and additional works including costs
Administrative support to help compile hard FM reports
Skills
At least 2 years proven experience of working within a challenging Service & Maintenance related environment
Experience in suing and understanding a CAFM system
Ability to work under pressure to achieve required Client + Contract Service Level
Ability to Co-ordinate, administrate and manage reactive and PPM works
IT Literate in all MS Packages
Adept in PPM related items ensuring Assets, Schedule, Scope of Works, Inclusions/Exclusion items are undertaken via the CAFM system
To be considered for this role you MUST have experience within the following
Repairs within the FM industry, i.e. AC, Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical
Re-active repairs
PPM
Helpdesk role taking calls and scheduling repairs within the housing or commerical industry
Managing Engineer or Sub-contractor diaries
