We are proud to be supporting this up-&-coming skincare start-up in their search for a new Mechanical Engineer. As Engineer, you will work closely with the Production & R&D teams, manage critical spares & be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance. You will be developing cutting-edge technological equipment helping our customers to achieve their skin goals.
Role: Engineer – Bespoke Skin Care
Location: London (on-site)
Salary: Competitive /DOE
About the role
- Work on & deliver for a range of challenging projects.
- Collaborate with the wider engineering team.
- Play a key part in various projects from start to finish (install, test, modify, upgrade & develop machinery or infrastructure)
- Provide hands-on technical assistance on any major engineering issues in the factory.
Experiences
- A degree in engineering, controls, and automation, electrical or similar
- Great at problem solving, being creative and able to implement solutions.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Highly competent at 3D modelling in CAD packages (preferably SolidWorks)
- Ideally have experience of PLC and control systems, relevant manufacturing techniques (e.g. laser cutting, CNC and injection moulding) and product packaging.
- Ideally have 1-2+ years of experience
