Job Title: NPI Engineer - Injection Moulding About the Company: MDE is recruiting on behalf of a client experiencing significant growth and success in securing projects across Niche Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Medical, and other sectors. They are seeking a New Projects Introduction Engineer (NPI Engineer) to join their team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to be involved in projects from inception to completion, with the flexibility to shape working practices to meet project needs. This position involves a mix of office and shop floor work, with occasional travel to customers and suppliers. Support the Design & Projects Team with new project launches. Manage and control project data. Oversee the handover of new projects from technical to manufacturing teams. Proficient in CAD systems (design skills are a plus). Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with secondary operations such as ultrasonic welding, painting, printing, and manual assembly. Experience working with ISO9001 quality standards and systems. Pay range and compensation package:
