Your responsibilities will include:Geological Mapping and Sampling: Conduct comprehensive field studies to gather rock and soil samples, and create geological maps that inform project planning and execution.Site Investigation: Lead site investigations to evaluate the geotechnical properties of project locations, including overseeing drilling and sample analysis.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced software to analyze geological data and generate detailed reports that guide design and construction decisions.Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate geological risks related to projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.Collaborative Project Management: Engage with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers to ensure geological considerations are integrated into all phases of project development.Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to environmental regulations and best practices throughout all geological tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.Proven experience in engineering geology, ideally within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.Expertise in geological software and GIS applications.Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in report writing.Right to work in the UK.Application ProcessAbout TGRCAt TGRC, we specialize in recruiting top talent for the renewable energy and environmental sectors.
