Engineering / Maintenance Manager – Waste and Recycling
Salary: £44-47k plus Pension and company benefits
WASTE MANAGEMENT LEADER REQUIRES ENGINEERING MANAGER / MAINTENANCE MANAGER WITH SOLID ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE ON CAPITAL EQUIPMENT AND FIXED PLANT EQUIPMENT FOR THEIR TEAM
Position: Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager
Compensation: £44-47k plus Pension and company benefits
Location: Stratford upon Avon and the surrounding area.

Role: Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of mechanics.
Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules on-site
Ideal candidates will be time-served Maintenance Managers, Mechanical Engineers, or Maintenance Engineers with experience in capital plant equipment within Waste Management, Power industry, or other heavy plant, production, or manufacturing sectors.
Experience:
Time-served Maintenance Manager
Qualified Maintenance Technician or Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing, production, or process-oriented company
Strong financial knowledge
Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH certification
Necessary qualifications: City and Guilds, HND, or HNC
Essential: Stock control experience and the ability to work toward a PPM Schedule
