The Role
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Technical Directors to support the creation of a high performance engineering team
- Support with hiring great engineers to the team
- Influencing and developing the team culture and processes
- Facilitate technical discussions with the team and help guide the technical direction of the platform
- Work in cross-functional teams
Experience Required
- 1+ years experience managing engineers in a cross-functional environment
- A background in a regulated industry is ideal
Key Skills Required
Experience in Javascript stack
