Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager with a strong background in industrial project management, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry, to join our team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.



Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage engineering projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in engineering project management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
