Job Description
Join our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality machinery for the packaging industry, as they expand their dynamic team. We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee all project lifecycle functions, from initial client contact to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle for assigned projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
- Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and suppliers.
- Track and report project performance metrics and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications:
- All relevant qualifications will be considered, experience is critical.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects from concept to completion.
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry required.
- Proven track record of success in meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and software.
