This fantastic business have been well established for over 60 years and due to continued growth they are now looking a Mechanically biased Multi-skilled Engineer to lead their passionate & growing maintenance team.
In this role you will be working in conjunction with the Engineering Manager to oversee engineering operations on the site. You will be leading a motivated team to ensure the smooth running of the production site through planned & preventive maintenance tasks & project based work.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Multi Skilled maintenance background with previous experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment.

The Role:
Engineering Team Leader (team size 10)
Working with Engineering Manager to oversee and run engineering operations on the site
Leading a team of 10 engineers
Planned & Preventative maintenance & project based works
The Person:
Management supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Commutable to Kendal
Strong background in Mechanical/Multi-skilled Maintenance
Looking to work for an industry leader who offer ongoing development & progression in a Monday - Friday days based role
