Salary Scale: £150 to £200 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education are seeking an English Teacher to take on a vacancy in a thriving Doncaster school. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator passionate about enhancing student engagement in literature and language.
Job Summary:
- Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students.
- Plan and deliver lessons according to curriculum standards.
- Adapt teaching materials to meet students' varied needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to guide them.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events.
Qualifications:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Extensive experience teaching English in a secondary environment.
- Commitment to professional development and learning.
Note:Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies. Background checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure, will be required for successful applicants.
