Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to facilitate effective learning and personal development
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative teaching methods and resources
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth
- Monitor and track student achievement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience teaching English to primary or secondary students
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and relevant teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their maximum potential
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of educational trends and best practices
