Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to inspire and motivate students
- Ensure curriculum requirements are met and create stimulating learning experiences
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices
- Support students in their personal and academic development
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with current educational practices and curriculum standards
