Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students using a range of teaching strategies and resources
- Create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in English teaching
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably in a primary or secondary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
