Are you an experienced Account Executive in the CX space who is looking for a new opportunity? Do you thrive in scaling SaaS businesses as they enter new regions? We’re working with a SaaS business in the CX space who are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive as they expand into the EMEA region. You’ll be driving new business, working with senior leaders, and leveraging a collaborative team to win high-profile accounts in the region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and execute strategies to land new business opportunities across the EMEA region, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Pipeline Growth: Build and manage a pipeline from lead generation to closing deals. Client Engagement: Develop relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to position CX solutions effectively. Market Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends to craft bespoke customer experience solutions. Requirements: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience within CX solutions. Enterprise level experience working with £1bn+ revenue businesses. Expertise in consultative, solutions-oriented sales, with strong knowledge of CX tools.
