Enterprise Account Executive - London (Hybrid)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team in London.

This role is primarily focused on new business development, with substantial support from Business Development Representatives (BDRs), marketing, and partner sales teams to ensure you achieve your new business goals.

This hybrid position requires two days on-site each week and offers significant opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
  • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the value of our client’s software solutions to address customer needs and challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to ensure consistent and predictable revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with BDRs, marketing, and partner sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, with a strong focus on new business development and managing enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex solutions to senior executives.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and self-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Hybrid Work: Ability to work on-site in London for two days each week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
