Prospecting: Identify and research potential business opportunities and key decision-makers within target companies.
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively communicate our value proposition, and generate interest in our SaaS solutions.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a deeper sales conversation.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring all interactions are documented in our CRM system.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to each prospect.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for cold calls, qualified leads, and closed deals.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding market trends, customer needs, and potential product enhancements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales, in a B2B SaaS/Software environment.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
