The role is to plan and support all Enterprise Field Marketing initiatives for each of the countries in scope.


The role is part of the Country Field Marketing Team, reporting directly to the EMEA Country Field Marketing Manager. Country in scope: United Kingdom and Ireland


Roles, responsibilities and authority:


The Enterprise Field Marketing Specialist (E-FMS) is responsible for:

  • Developing the Enterprise Field Marketing plans for the quarter in collaboration with the local Enterprise Sales Team following best practices and standards defined by EMEA Field Marketing
  • Building and updating the local Enterprise Audience that will be targeted for all Enterprise Marketing initiatives
  • Executing directly, or with the help of an agency, all Enterprise Field marketing initiatives planned for the quarter, or any ad-hoc initiative approved by her/his management
  • Managing the Customer Engagement Center to ensure optimum occupancy and efficiency, including reporting on activity
  • Reporting on budget usage and on the result of all Enterprise Field Marketing initiatives executed in the countries in scope (planned and ad-hoc)
  • Developing or adapting Enterprise Field Marketing collaterals to support the Enterprise sales teams
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the various platforms presenting Enterprise Field Marketing collaterals/content to the Enterprise internal and external Audience
  • Coordinating with the Channel Field Marketing Coordinator to optimize local Field Marketing plan (reporting, communications, event planning, identifying synergy, budget optimization, avoid duplication…)


Education & Experience


  • Marketing or Business degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing & Communication or Sales role

  • Thinks ahead and anticipates needs and actions
  • Self-motivated to enhance and simplify processes
  • Results orientated, pays attention to detail and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
