Are you a passionate and driven sales professional looking to make a real impact in the lives of patients? Our client, an innovative healthcare technology company, seeks an exceptional Enterprise Sales/ Account Enterprise Executive to join their mission of transforming mental health treatment through cutting-edge AI solutions.

Our client has been at the forefront of AI-driven mental health innovation:

  • were first to market with a mental health clinical decision support tool in 2021
  • achieved Class IIa medical device regulation in 2023 for the proprietary algorithms driving their flagship product
  • were published in Nature in 2024 for their work showing improved accessibility for minorities
  • now launched an AI engagement and therapy companion after successfully demonstrating improved recovery rates through higher engagement

What You'll Do:

  • the adoption of our client's game-changing AI products among NHS Talking Therapies, private providers, community mental health organisations, and charities across the UK
  • and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Clinical Directors, Service Leads, and Directors of Transformation
  • complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to achieve and exceed individual revenue targets of £500k+ annually
  • with our client's Marketing and Customer Success teams to develop targeted messaging and compelling case studies that showcase the impact of their solutions
  • industry events and conferences to evangelise our client's brand and establish their company as a thought leader in the mental health tech space

Who You Are:

  • track record of exceeding quota in enterprise SaaS sales within HealthTech/Digital Health selling to the NHS
  • managing and closing complex multi-solution sales-cycles, including prior success in closing large enterprise deals (£50K above)
  • have a deep understanding of the UK mental health landscape and a strong network of clinical leaders and influencers
  • selling approach with the ability to articulate complex clinical and financial value propositions
  • with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving meaningful change in patient care
  • communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • to travel as needed for client meetings
  • to be in office for Growth/Sales meetings every Friday in London
