We are a well-established and rapidly expanding recruitment business in Horsforth, offering an exciting opportunity to join our successful FMCG team at the entry level!


The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to support the team and contribute towards the overall recruitment process, with progression opportunities available later down the line. To be successful you don’t need knowledge or experience in relation to the recruitment industry – what we are looking for is a stand-out attitude – the ideal candidate will be outgoing, well-organised and a strong communicator.


This position is in our high-performing education team, run by two of the company's highest-billers. Focusing on the special educational needs and senior leadership side of education rather than teachers, the team works to provide education specialists to an exceptional amount of trusts and academies nationwide.

Your Skills Required:

  • Educated to a good standard, with a GCSE grade 4 (formerly a C) or above in English and Maths
  • Proficient in IT and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A confident and friendly team player


Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Working on internal databases and updating data and information regularly
  • General administrative duties as required by the wider team
  • Contacting candidates to understand their requirements via telephone and email
  • Screening and shortlisting CVs
  • Managing the advertisement of roles, using job boards and professional social media platforms
  • Being proactive in securing new candidates for upcoming opportunities
  • Supporting the candidate throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
