Position: Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
Company Overview:
The company is a fast-growing recruitment agency in the life science field with 70 people. We have a sociable and supportive culture and welcome trainees in five days a week. Our seniors are allowed to work from home for 1/2 days.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for polished graduates from top 50 universities with impactful personalities and sports experience. Candidates with sales or corporate experience are preferred. We will also consider those with sales experience in the life science industry.
Description of the Role:
The role involves working on both Perm and Contract positions in the life science field, with training in an academy style. They offer 360-degree recruitment services and provide continued training throughout the job.
Training:
Training will take place in an academy with 10-12 people. You will be straight on the desk and receive continued training throughout.
Salary:
The salary is £24K, with an increase to £25K after completing the three-month probation period. UNCAPPED COMISSION
