Your Skills Required:
- Educated to a good standard, with a GCSE grade 4 (formerly a C) or above in English and Maths
- Proficient in IT and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- A confident and friendly team player
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Working on internal databases and updating data and information regularly
- General administrative duties as required by the wider team
- Contacting candidates to understand their requirements via telephone and email
- Screening and shortlisting CVs
- Managing the advertisement of roles, using job boards and professional social media platforms
- Being proactive in securing new candidates for upcoming opportunities
- Supporting the candidate throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
