The Role:
- Identifying leads
- Cold calling, buisiness development, bringing in potential clients
- Sales and building your client base
- Relationship building
- Interviewing
- Providing an unbeatable service for both clients and candidates
The Person:
- Energetic & passionate about getting into a career in recruitment
- Any previous experience working within sales (beneficial but not essential)
- Be able to show examples of being a high achiever and succeeding in personal life, sport, education, work, or others!
