Title: HSEQ Manager
Location: Leicestershire, UK
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for HSEQ matters.
- Ensure compliance with permits and suggest improvements.
- Investigate accidents and near misses.
- Contribute to daily Operations Meetings.
- Conduct site inspections and provide reports.
- Manage ISO documentation.
- Prepare for and participate in audits.
- Coordinate training and development.
- Liaise with regulators.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety.
- IEMA Associate Certificate in Environmental Management.
- WAMITAB Certificate of Technical Competence in Waste Treatment.
- Proven HSEQ management experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to meet operational demands.

Hours:
