About the Team
The Employment Tax function is responsible for the strategic development and management of global employment, equity and Mobility taxation matters that impact the organisation. The function sits within Global HR.
The team are an award winning, regionally dispersed group of 5 recognised by leadership for being trusted advisors to leadership and other key stakeholders.
Key stakeholders include Senior Leadership, Employees, the wider Talent Mobility and Tax team, Compensation and Benefits, HR including Payroll, Finance, Staffing, Group Tax, Legal, External Service Providers.
What You'll Do
Equity compensation is a key part of our overall reward strategy. In this role you will support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our equity strategy by:
Partnering closely with our Legal, Finance and HR teams to deliver solutions that will enable us to reward, attract and retain the best talent.
Be responsible for the communication of our plans to our employees, ensuring they are well understood, and the additional value of our equity compensation is very clear. Continuing to improve the communications for both current and future employees.
Assess equity reward trends across our competitors and the wider market; make recommendations to senior management based on such trends.
Working with our external partners, ensure that all relevant filings and statutory requirements are met in our global locations. Provide accurate and timely information to our Finance and HR teams where needed.
Working with the Talent Mobility team to ensure that any plans are fully compliant from both cross-border tax and payroll aspects.
Responsible for the partnerships with our service providers; ensuring high levels of responsiveness and service are maintained through our SLAs. If required, lead any RFP to change or implement new suppliers.

The successful Equity Reward Tax Manager is likely to be/have:
A competitive salary of £75,000 to £90,000 for the successful Equity Reward Tax Manager and in addition a Bonus (good) and benefits package - highly flexible on remote working.
