As Senior Ecomm Innovation Legal Counsel at Reckitt, you’ll be at the heart of the decisions that impact a leading global business. You’ll succeed because…

• You are a qualified lawyer with a strong track record of providing ecomm legal advice. You have prior in-house experience in a high tech innovative ecomm business.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
• You have supported novel go to market models across ecomm. You are comfortable in advising senior stakeholders on mitigation plans for identified risks in go to market models.
• You have the vision to lead and support the development of plug and play models for global roll-out and adoption, allowing the business to adopt new initiatives at scale and speed.
• You can draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SAAS, digital platform agreements, digital marketing agreements and supply chain agreements. You can proficiently identify anti-trust risks.
• You can advise on consumer law and e-commerce related topics and can advise on the continually evolving e-commerce regulatory landscape and how it applies practically. 
• You have a good working knowledge of data protection and privacy laws and their application to online retail. 
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity, working at speed and collaborating within a global multinational environment including different stakeholders, functions and business units as well as demonstrating a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity. You are experienced with working with stakeholders across the organisation including tax, finance, corporate legal services, supply chain, SQRC, compliance and brand protection.
• You have M&A experience. 
• You’re an impactful business partner with a high EQ and excellent presentation skills. You know how to effectively communicate your expertise in a way that others can absorb and act on.
• You are analytical and commercially-minded, able to weigh up legal risk against business aims to give pragmatic advice.
