ESG Programme Manager, Decarbonisation, Carbon Zero, Banking & Finance Sector, Partially RemoteESG Programme Manager required to work for a large financial institution in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, there is a good hybrid working policy in place where you can be in the office circa 2 days per week.We need a solid, experienced ESG individual to help this company execute their next phase of major projects. With this, we need someone with Decarbonisation and Carbon Zero experience. We do not want a bog-standard Programme Manager with no ESG exposure – we NEED you to have this and without it, we cannot consider you.The ESG function is already in place but is still at quite an early stage, so the opportunity to make a significant impact is certainly there.Key Skills / Knowledge Required:ESG Programme Management experience ESSENTIALEvidence of ESG Programme Delivery, rather than an ESG Lead or even an ESG AnalystExtensive experience of change delivery approaches (e.g. Waterfall, Agile)OKR/Benefits trackingService management concepts knowledge and frameworks an advantage (e.g. ITIL)An understanding of the content of current and emerging portfolio of change and how it adds valueAn understanding of the corporate vision and strategy and the wider industryCorporate processes and procedures knowledge (e.g. Governance, Finance, HR, minimum standards) and associated language / cultureExperience of Workday HCM, Workday Finance or MSD CMS an advantageExperience of a professional services environment an advantageThis is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
