Job description We have a current opportunity for a Estates Inspector on a temporary basis, based in Glasgow. The role will be ongoing for around 3-6 months. Within the role of Estates Inspector you will be involved in a variety of duties including:Oversee contracts and contractors providing estate management services, including bulk uplift, close cleaning, composite floor contracts, pest control, and landscaping.Work with colleagues to investigate incidents of nuisance behaviour in relation to estate management .Conduct health and safety inspections of all communal areas within buildings and estates within agreed time frames.As an Estates Inspector you will work closely with Housing Management and also the Maintenance department within the organisation.
