POSITION SUMMARY
The Online Assistant Trading and Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in the trading of the Estée Lauder Brand DTC Channel driving the brand’s online strategy forward while ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience by owning analysis of key brand site data points to provide recommendations for optimization.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES
Trading
·Work closely with the Online Trading Manager to define all onsite Trading updates in accordance with the UK Marketing Calendar, Seasonal Focuses and aligned with our Sales Targets.
·Lead all planning and management of Weekly Trade Calendar ensuring all activity is captured and aligned with Sales Targets.
·Manage all onsite Sampling initiatives and set-up
·Own onsite GWP set-up including overseeing the testing of offers and ensuring stock availability
·Support the Online Trading Manager in the raising of POs relating to all onsite activity and traffic driving.
·Manage the trading functionality of the Loyalty Programme including samples, GWP and all onsite trading elements.
·Oversee all .NET input by Online Trading Assistant, ensuring products are set up correctly and merchandised effectively and Offer Codes are set-up and tested thoroughly
·Ownership of stock allocation of new launches and limited life products, working closely with the Events Management team to set up website saleable stock allocations, escalating and resolving any discrepancies.
·Own GWP and Sample Forecasting ensuring that forecasts are submitted accurately and on deadline with sign-off from Online Trading Manager and Online Director.
Trade Reporting: Reviewing Insights and Trends
·Own the BMG sheet for brand site working closely with the Brand Business Analyst to provide Brand Site Retail Targets for Month/Quarter/Fiscal Year ensuing deadlines are met for monthly LE uploads.
·Set and communicate weekly/monthly/quarterly traffic & conversion targets in order to achieve the Brand Site Retail Target for each traffic channel in collaboration with the Consumer Engagement Team.
·Take ownership of the Brand Site Net Sales Finance Report, working closely with the Brand Financial Planning Analyst to update monthly making any necessary adjustments YTG and flagging risk/opportunity to the Online Trading Manager & Director.
·Take ownership of the warehouse shipping targets and manage the new process to set realistic and accurate targets for warehouse resource.
·Own Brand Site Traffic analysis on a daily/weekly/monthly basis including Onsite Conversion with a focus on key red-routes data making recommendations for onsite enhancements on a weekly/monthly/ad-hoc basis to the trading team.
·Support the Online Director and Trading Manager with the Loyalty Programme Strategy by owning all reporting through the BI Loyalty Tool to provide ongoing performance analysis vs benchmarks.
·Line Management
·Manage, coach and develop the Online Trading Assistant by having regular 121s, monthly check-ins and supporting with PDP Objective Setting.
·Approve and manage all admin within One Source including PDP Sign-Off and Annual Leave Requests
