Future Build are currently seeking an Estimator to work for one of the premier Passive Fire Protection Contractors in London. Due to continued expansion the company are looking to add an additional Estimator to their Preconstruction team. This specialist contractor deliver a variety of passive fire protection projects for tier one main contractor clients including sealing, cavity barriers, structural steel protection and fire door installation and maintenance. Key sectors of operation include residential, commercial, education, MOJ and health.
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
- Review of information & issue of RFI’s from client enquiry
- Completing of Take Off / Measure
- Estimating and Quoting New and Existing Works
- Issue of Quotations to Clients
- Attend client meetings
- Request of feedback of quotations issued if unsuccessful.
