Our client is looking to expand their Infrastructure Operations team based in Colchester. The role will join a team of dedicated engineers who support technologies across the end-user computing space.
Responsibilities include:
Problem solving, troubleshooting multiple technologies
Involved with service delivery and escalation, for a wide range of business applications
Planning and implementation of system upgrades
Technical Experience Required:
Proven experience in large scale enterprise IT environments
Specialist across application management and deployment
Technologies including Intune, MECM/SCCM, MSi/App-V, Autopilot
An understanding of broader technology including M365 and Azure
