Pattern Inc. is one of the fastest-growing private companies in the USA. We already have a continental European client list, and are looking for multi-lingual grads to join our growing Brand Management team.

This position will help you to develop expertise across client relationship management, ecommerce trading, and digital marketing.

You will be working with some of the world’s leading brands, helping to grow our client sales on Amazon and other digital sales channels across Europe. You will report into the Brand Management team and support across the business, including:

  • Driving revenue growth on marketplaces through a data driven approach
  • Ongoing optimisation of product listings. Creating product copy and content for marketplaces in multiple European languages to drive SEO and conversion
  • Working with our in-house creative team to produce market leading content
  • Conducting analysis of brands performance using multiple data sources and tools no weekly basis across all key touch points including sales, marketing and product maintenance 
  • Manage incidence and support tickets where dedicated channel support is required
  • Coordinate customer service enquires efficiently and effectively
  • Support the brand manager and internal stakeholders to deliver best in class inventory management and online merchandising 
  • Supporting the brand management team with any ad-hoc requirements 
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail and a passion for problem solving
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment
  • Good verbal and written communication with excellent English + French/German/Dutch/ language skills are desirable
  • Good analytical, numerical and reporting skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Degree educated is desirable but not essential
