Location: Coventry

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: £28,000

Hours - 40 hour per week, Mon-Fri ( flexibility required around site visits)



Our wonderful client who are based just outside Coventry supply Shell Schemes and Graphics to Event Organiser's are looking for an experienced Events Co-Ordinator to join the busy and growing team.

Job Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the logistical and operational aspects of planning and executing various events. Your expertise will ensure that every detail is impeccably organised, resulting in a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Logistics:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines and task assignments.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and technology.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Oversee vendor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Budget Management:
  • Assist with budget creation and monitor expenditures.
  • Ensure that the event stays within financial limits by tracking invoices and payments.
  • On-Site Event Coordination:
  • Manage event setup and teardown while troubleshooting any on-site issues.
  • Ensure that all staff and vendors are aligned with the event schedule.
  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the event.
  • Post-Event Coordination:
  • Oversee the event wrap-up and collect feedback for future improvements.
  • Prepare post-event reports and budget reconciliations.


Required Skills:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the event are addressed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience with budget management and financial tracking.
  • Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
