Job Description

Our Brand Marketing Team is growing! Reporting directly into the Brand Marketing Manager, the Event Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of Adanola's owned events. This is an extremely fun, fast paced and hands on role; perfect for someone that loves a challenge and posses a high level of organisation and time management skills.


About your responsibilities:

  • Work with the Brand Marketing Manager to confirm event plans, prepare budgets and fill out event calendar 3/6/12 months ahead
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all Adanola's events, including management of workflow. Provide support and leadership of events team.
  • Develop detailed event projects and critical paths, ensuring the team are informed about roles, actions and deadlines, keeping track on progress and identifying any areas of concern
  • Project lead on all large scale events throughout the full event lifecycle, managing relationships with suppliers and any other external stakeholders
  • Willing to travel oversees (with a focus on US)
  • Work closely with creative team to ensure all events are aligned with Adanola's brand identity and messaging
  • Work closely with product teams to plan ahead on all sample and product requirements
  • Measure event success against business objectives and identify actionable learnings


About you:

  • Extremely organised / come from a organisational or project based background
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to problem solve and negotiate
  • Have an excellent understanding of Adanola's brand identity
  • Experience in managing large budgets
  • 1-2 years in event manager role
  • Previous experience of team management
