Job Description

Who we are

“During the pandemic when drinking became home-bound, 3 friends and cocktail lovers realised that RTD cocktails sucked. Unlike in a real bar where cocktails are known for unique and interesting flavours, supermarket aisles are lined with dozens of brands all making the same 6 flavours to varying degrees of quality. It made no sense; a special drink that's most known for innovation has NONE happening on the shelf, so we decided to do something about it”.

Ranj, Xav & Sim - Co-Founders.

What we do

At Mixtons, we're on a mission to bring back the magic of great cocktails with innovative ready-to-drink flavour combinations.

We believe that by embracing the unknown, the different and the new, you unlock moments of joy that define life's best moments.

So, we created a range of classic cocktails with unique twists; For anyone who believes that the best things happen when you step away from the ordinary and taste the unexpected.

Where we are

So far in 2023, Mixtons has been consumed by almost half a million people due to us having the largest events presence of any cocktail brand in the UK, attending the likes of Boardmasters, Kendall Calling and Bournemouth 7’s, alongside being the exclusive cocktail partner for Winter Wonderland’s Ice Bar.

We’ve had tens of thousands of e-commerce orders since launching and are now focused on breaking into major retail alongside scaling our e-commerce operations and on-trade accounts.

We have key investors including major YouTuber/Podcaster Calfreezy and his co-host Chip alongside industry leaders in multiple verticals.

Our Values

We’ve defined our values and live by them. They aren’t just words on a page, but a set of attitudes, behaviours and skills that we value over anything. We embrace a diverse set of personalities but expect the whole team to be on the same page.

Be you.

Be authentic when everyone’s watching and deal in integrity. Be honest with yourself and others, speak your truth and accept it from others.

Own it.

Don’t find problems, find solutions. It’s ok to make mistakes but it’s not ok to not learn from them. Take full accountability, make it your own and be proud of striving for the best, be it taste, systems or visuals.

Believe in yourself.

Have faith in your own abilities to learn and to execute. You can do anything if you really want to. Confidence is contagious.

Make moves.

Be the first off the line and use your initiative. Focus & prioritise. The more proactive you are, the faster we all go.
