Reporting to: Event Marketing Lead

Location: London, UK

Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend

What the role involves:

  • Assist the Event Marketing Lead on all event & marketing-related activities
  • Assist with Event planning, development and implementation: researching upcoming events in our target verticals & geographies, collating pricing options
  • Own event marketing related activities, such as social media assets and merchandise production for each event in line with project timelines
  • Sourcing merchant gifting and event giveaways
  • Liaise with external suppliers/agencies where relevant incl. venues, caterers etc, working to tight time frames
  • Assist the commercial organisation with event related tasks 

We want someone who:

  • Prides themselves on being organised and proactive;
  • Is creative, has a good taste and an eye for great quality in details, design, and overall atmosphere - you will be a major contributor to the Volt experience that we create for our customers and partners;
  • Is a natural planner – able to monitor timelines and think ahead, juggling tasks and asking questions proactively;
  • Is a confident communicator, comfortable working with multiple parties to achieve common goals.

Specific experience we’re looking for:

  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail;
  • Effective task management;
  • Commercial and business awareness;
  • Experience in building strong relationships and work comfortably with the sales team.
