Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive event and communication strategies that align with their goals, ensuring innovative and impactful solutions. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including budget management, timeline adherence, supplier coordination, and resource allocation. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and motivation to ensure seamless project execution. Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table, staying ahead of industry trends and contributing to the agency's innovative approach. Measure and analyse campaign performance, providing clients with insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Events, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management/ production within the events and communications industry. Proven ability to manage complex projects and multifaceted teams, delivering exceptional results on time and within budget. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to quality. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
