Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for sports events, from initial planning to post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee on-site operations, including venue setup, attendee registration, and live event management.
- Drive innovation and creativity in event concepts and execution to enhance attendee experience and engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 6+ years in events management, with a focus on sports events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Relocation to Dubai, UAE, is required.
