They have a community of over 300k and haven’t even started anything in the way of events and community fun—until now. There is a huge opportunity to connect with their community through wine tastings, mini festivals, vineyard holidays, and more.
We’re looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead this brand-new venture, creating unforgettable experiences for our members and unlocking new revenue streams for the business.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️Design, Organise, and Host Events: Lead both in-person and remote events, from intimate tastings to grand festivals, that captivate their loyal community.
⭐️Engage the Community: Keep the members in the loop with what’s coming up and generate buzz around every event.
⭐️Content Creation: Ensure events are content goldmines, producing material that can be shared and celebrated.
⭐️ Self-Starter: You must have a naturally proactive and an action-oriented approach to your work.
⭐️ Resilient Character: You’re someone who thrives in challenging environments and bounces back from setbacks with energy and optimism.
⭐️Brand Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with other brands to enhance events and offer even more to their members.
⭐️Overseas Vineyard Tours: Organise and lead exclusive vineyard tours, giving members once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
⭐️Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of the P&L for member events, turning them into a significant revenue stream.
