WeDoData are working with a 'Good' secondary school in Greater Bristol who are looking to appoint an Examinations Officer. The school is part of a diverse Multi-Academy Trust who pride themselves on their inclusive and supportive culture.


The successful applicant will work closely with the Data Officer and Leadership Team, overseeing all internal and external Exams including entries/registers/seating plans. This position is being offered on a term time only basis (TTO) plus 1 additional week.


Role responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with examination boards, parents, staff
  • Ensuring compliance with exam board rules
  • Managing multiple databases
  • Keeping track of data for internal and external reports
  • Organising the SEND/Learning element of Access arrangements
  • Management of a team of invigilators
  • Management of exams budgets


Successful candidates should have:

  • Experience in School Management Information Systems (e.g. SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills


The following would be highly advantageous:

  • Experience with SISRA (or other educational analytical tools)
  • Previous management experience
  • Excellent IT skills
