We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO here at TheLuxe.London Concierge.

Delivering world class service to our most loyal clients and consistently exceeding their

As a Personal Assistant, you will pro-actively deliver exceptional PA performance through your

world class approach to business needs and the client need as well.


Within this role you will provide seamless administrative support, including diary management,

whilst developing a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of the clients and the

business.


About The Role


In this role you will be responsible for coordinating key meetings, building flexibility into the diary

and anticipating needs. With regular domestic and international travel of the clients, you will book

all travel arrangements to ensure they are in the right place at the right time.

Acting as the first point of contact, you have impeccable front-of-house etiquette and are able to

skilfully sort the urgent from the important, expertly managing the schedule for the working

week. You are able to manage changing priorities and provide practical solutions to any problem

you find and as such you're resilient and adaptable and are an integral part of our business.

You will also be accountable for:

• Screening incoming email enquiries, directing them appropriately.

• Reviewing incoming correspondence: distributing and responding accordingly ensuring

necessary follow up.

• Administration duties.

• Conveying a professional image for TheLuxe.London Concierge at all times, exercising tact

and diplomacy in handling a range of situations.

• Handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Liaising with domestic staff of the clients, paying their wages, payroll and administrative

jobs.

• Handling all Travel arrangements for the clients.


About You


You will be a seasoned Personal Assistant, 3+ years experience specifically as a personal assistant.

throughout your career you will have provided support to senior members of the leadership team,

at Director level or equivalent.

You will have in depth understanding of business needs and an experience in a luxury sector would

be preferred.

You are expected to demonstrate loyalty, kindness, and respect as integral aspects of your

personality traits for this role.

You will also possess:

• The ability to manage busy diaries.

• Extremely Organised.

• Attention to details is your super power.

• Adaptability and flexibility with your hours. Working some weekends or answering

clients at night comes with the job.

• Strong attention to detail.

• A solution based approach.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft.

• Emotionally intelligent with an ability to communicate and connect with a diverse range

  • of suppliers –across verbal, written and digital formats.
