Our client, a global Investment Management firm, with offices across the world, is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant accustomed to supporting a senior team, with experience gained either within Investment Banking, Private Equity or Investment Management.
This is a demanding EA role primarily supporting a C-suite level individual with wider support to senior MDs. Organising their schedules over time zones, often with multiple changes, back to back meetings and international travel, you must be accustomed to a high-demand workload and a high expectation culture. In this role you will be well-networked across the business and with senior stakeholders across the globe, this position suits a highly communicative and polished individual. You will be able to navigate at board level and with senior executives and dignitaries with ease. Representing your boss you will have strong written skills, articulate communication style and a operate as a true extension of his office.
