Job Description

RCK Partners is a consultancy specialising in innovating funding and rate relief. Since incorporation in 2020 we have quickly risen to market leading prominence and now firmly sit within the top 3 providers in the industry. We have ambitious growth plans over the next few years. Based in the City of London we currently occupy two floors of Forum House with our growing staff of 90 people.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual, to support our Chief Commercial Officer on a full time, permanent basis. As the CCO's Executive Assistant, your mission will be to build an environment of seamless efficiency that enables our CCO to focus on strategic responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CCO and their schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.
  • Event Management: Planning and coordinating events for the CCO, both internally and externally, to promote the firm and enhance relationships with clients and partners
  • Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for CCO, screening and responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication with professionalism and discretion.
  • Data Management: Collating sales projections data and providing sales administrative support to the wider Commercial team
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate unwavering precision, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and quality in all responsibilities.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate the CCO's needs, streamline processes, and provide solutions in advance of issues arising.
  • Information Management: Organise and maintain confidential information, files, and documents, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up on action items. Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and assist in implementing decisions. Formatting of presentations/proposals
  • Project Assistance: Support the CCO in various projects, conducting research, compiling data, and providing analysis as needed.

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally in a start-up, fast-paced legal or professional services environment.
  • Commercially minded and highly confident in managing busy senior leaders
  • Highly engaging in order to act as the 1st POC for the CCO
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

The package on offer is a basic salary of £35k-£40k depending on previous experience. Office hours are 9am-5:30pm. This is an involved and hands on role and therefore requires someone to be in the office 5 days per week, with some flexibility where required.
