If so, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Production Department and Head of Design for a leading creative agency in Central London.

Responsibilities: As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Production leadership team and Head of Design. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management: Ensuring seamless scheduling and providing necessary support for meetings.
- Booking travel
- Preparing for meetings: preparing presentations, gathering background information and ensuring all necessary materials are in place.
- Managing inboxes
- Managing expenses and timesheets
- Being the lynchpin of the department acting as an integral POC for the team
- Assisting with new joiners and the onboarding process for the team
- Arranging department socials
Requirements:
- Experienced PA (3 years+) with a background in advertising, production or similar creative ideally.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise well and stay several steps ahead of your Execs.
- Naturally inquisitive and curious with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills and a natural people person.
- You will be able to multi-task with ease and will be a safe and trusted pair of hands for the team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
