We are a rapidly expanding executive coaching & consulting Company with a presence in London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Dublin, working with a global client base.

There will be a degree of independence expected within the role so you will need to take the initiative and flex from working alone to enlisting support from the team. You will need to be able to hold focus and attention to detail whilst working within a dynamic multi-tasking environment. You will also need to be able to manage your time to prioritise your own workload and ask for help proactively. We love to see innovation from our team, and welcome questioning the impractical.

As you work with senior coaches and senior client executives across international markets, excellent interpersonal skills are very important. Proactivity, transparency and managing expectations is critical to the success of our business.

Having a strong presence in France, fluency in both French and English will provide a considerable advantage for this position.

There is also the opportunity for this to be a role which supports our US-based team, for which a flexible working schedule will also be possible, including early mornings and evenings.

The role will comprise of managing our Leadership Programmes as a Programme Coordinator; being the main point of contact for both clients and coaches and ensuring everything runs smoothly through all of the logistics and scheduling. Alongside this will be a certain amount of diary management through the Executive Assistant part of the role on both external client projects and internal operational projects and tasks.

You’ll become an integral part of our team of programme managers overseeing leadership programmes globally, presenting an exciting opportunity to collaborate across diverse markets and working with renowned organisations including top-tier banking corporations and industry leaders in manufacturing, finance, consumer goods and more.

This role will be based in our London office on Throgmorton Street, in the City. We do have a flexible working policy, and we practice hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Client liaison and account management with the lead coach
  • Build strong relationships with relevant counterparts in client organisations
  • Scheduling of programmes and associated logistics
  • Work with the Finance team internally to ensure projects are adequately budgeted, and invoiced for (no finance experience necessary)
  • Management of coaching programmes on our various technology platforms
  • Diary Management
  • Travel Logistics
  • Basic administrative support such as assisting with pitches, proposals and logistics.
  • Take ownership & accountability of the programme from all angles – maintain a high-level perspective to ensure that programmes are successful
  • Act as an ambassador for the programme internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the programme
  • Represents & collaborates with team in front of stakeholders, clients or users
  • Questions the impractical and pushes our tech uses forwards for optimal business efficiency
  • Manage deadlines

About you
