About the Role:
Join our client as the Executive Assistant to the Founder and Chairman. This is a pivotal role where you'll be the right-hand person, providing comprehensive support in both business and personal matters. Your contribution will ensure the Chairman's day-to-day activities run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Excellence: Manage the Chairman's workload with high-level administrative support.
- Gatekeeping: Act as the primary contact, efficiently handling communications and liaising with other group functions.
- Correspondence Management: Screen, prioritise, and delegate emails, calls, and mail.
- Diary Management: Oversee complex scheduling, ensuring timely information flow.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and prepare for high-level meetings and presentations.
- Travel Planning: Organise national and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries.
- Event Organisation: Coordinate business and personal events, including hospitality and family functions.
- Social Media: Manage social media posts to maximise engagement.
- Personal Support: Handle personal appointments and household management in collaboration with other support staff.
About You:
- Qualifications: Graduate, preferably with a business degree.
- Experience: Proven EA skills at the Director level in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Exceptional IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong social media capabilities.
- Attributes: Excellent communicator, team player, adaptable, able to work under pressure, and flexible with working hours.
