The ideal Pastry Senior Sous Chef or Pastry Head Chef must be passionate, career driven, and have a background in at least 1* Michelin star restaurants and be creative in this exciting recent new opening that will get awards and accolades soon.
You will be working closely with the Executive chef who is always on-site, supporting him with menu development, costing, and training other chefs.
