Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Pastry Senior Sous Chef or Head Pastry Chef to join the team of a 2* Michelin star Modern British restaurant owned by one of the most talented Michelin Chef Patron this country has to offer.


  • Modern British cuisine with French influence (best produce & suppliers)
  • Based on bistronomy of flavours -classical techniques blended with playfulness and originality
  • Lots of game meat, whole butchering, wild forage, etc
  • Up to 40 covers per service (tasting menus, stunning views, super elegant service)
  • Fantastic project, strong chef team, and brand-new kitchen


The ideal Pastry Senior Sous Chef or Pastry Head Chef must be passionate, career driven, and have a background in at least 1* Michelin star restaurants and be creative in this exciting recent new opening that will get awards and accolades soon.


You will be working closely with the Executive chef who is always on-site, supporting him with menu development, costing, and training other chefs.
