Our Opportunity
- We are looking for prospective Recruitment Consultants who are looking for the right company to take their career to the next level.
- Generating new leads from existing customers from our already strong relationships.
- Identifying and converting new leads within your chosen market and managing the sales process end to end.
- Becoming an industry expert in not only executive search but within your market.
- Building key relationships within your market and identifying mutually beneficial contacts within the industry.
- Keeping lines of communication open throughout the team to ensure the process is progressing smoothly for all assignments.
- Being instrumental in the business growth and taking the initiative, with the support of the leadership team, to constantly be developing your knowledge.
- Liaising and working directly in partnership with the marketing team and our inhouse research team.
