EXPERIENCED BEHAVIOURAL SPECIALISTLocation: Lincolnshire Salary: £85 - £95 per day Start Date: Immediate Contract: Full TimeProtocol Education are looking for a Behaviour Specialist to join a school in Lincolnshire on a full-time basis, starting immediately. This role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting students with behavioural challenges.Key Responsibilities:Support students with behavioural issues, helping them to engage with learning.Implement behaviour management strategies.Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.Assist in developing and implementing Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs).Qualifications and Requirements:Experience in a similar role is essential.Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.Excellent communication skills.An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through Protocol Education.Please be advised: Protocol Education are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
