Full-time ongoing work Premium rates for overtime Free parking, excellent working environment We are recruiting experienced FLT Bendi / Flexi Driver to join a major automotive plant in the North Birmingham area, easily accessible from Hockley, Aston, Perry Barr and Central. This is a market leading logistics company within the UK. All applicants for this role MUST hold experience as a FLT Bendi / Flexi driver with 12 months minimum MHE experience. Reach and/or Counterbalance licences would offer an additional advantage but are not essential. The company are looking to offer long-term positions within a dynamic manufacturing environment, with free parking and good local amenities. Hours of work are : 0600-1330 / 1330-2100 (rotating weekly) Pay rate : £13.64 per hour, plus overtime rates at time x 1.3 / time x 1.5 and time x 2 (as appropriate). Your duties will often be carried out in narrow gangways, working alongside a busy team of Assembly Operatives, Machinists and Technicians. You must therefore have the confidence to manoeuvre a range of different product types (i.e., stillages, pallets, cages) using long mast reach forks. Your tasks will not be limited to those of a Driver - you will be expected to help with 'off-truck' duties including material handling and helping to load machine lines.
