Senior Health Economic Modeler (Lead Health Economist) A great opportunity for a skilled modeler to be part of one of the most reputable HEOR & Market Access consulting teams in the consulting space, a company that place a high value on technical expertise and the science, giving colleagues the opportunity to always remain close to projects using their subject matter expertise, whilst progressing into senior leadership roles. You can be remote based in multiple locations and countries, flexible hours and 80-100% contract's also on offer.Technical experts within this reputable modelling team lead the design of & implement health economic models to:Describe complex medical processesUnderstand and evaluate the implications of clinical trialsDemonstrate the value of interventions beyond efficacyAssess benefits, risks, and the economic consequences associated with healthcare interventions.Typical projects include health economic modeling to conduct cost-effectiveness analyses of healthcare interventions and implementing decision-analytic models (e.g., decision trees, Markov, individual state transition, survival partition), research and data analytics.The role:Conceptualization, design and implementation of health economic models to conduct cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses of healthcare interventionsIndependent project lead of projects responsible for overseeing all aspects of project deliveryAssumes responsibility for maintaining and building long term client relationships.Support in bringing in proposal leads, helps manage proposal writing processes Project budget, deliverable and timeline responsibility; identifies scope expansion and need for amendments.Ideal profile:EducationPhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics etc.)ExperienceRequired: Advanced Microsoft Excel modelling skills.
